![]() Aharon Ittah |
---|
Aharon was called to the Bar of British Columbia in 2012 and has been with Herald Street Law since October, 2017. He practices primarily in the areas of residential and commercial real estate, lender financing, wills, estates, corporate and commercial law.
Prior to his career as a lawyer, Aharon studied in both Ireland (B.A., LL.B.) and Victoria (MBA). Ireland continues to be Aharon’s favourite place to visit and he returns nearly every year. Aharon’s philosophy in terms of how he practices law is to emphasize the service experience for the client and to ensure the client feels understood, valued and well informed of the legal process that they are engaged with. Each client is treated as an individual, because no two clients or legal engagements are quite the same.

Chanelle values compassionate and clear communication in her practice. She strives to ensure her clients feel supported, and always aware of the next steps in the process. Her favourite part of her job is meeting with clients, and working together to find creative solutions to their unique goals.
Outside of work Chanelle has many hobbies: she is an avid gardener, she enjoys exploring local trails with her dog, she plays a lot of board games, and she is a pyrography artist.

Kristin retired this Spring 2023 after having practiced for over 30 years.
Kristin graduated from UVic Law and was called to the BC Bar in 1991. After a dozen years of practice in a local firm, she created her own firm, Herald Street Law, in 2004 in Victoria’s Old Town. Kristin has passed the ownership “reins” for the firm to her colleague, Aharon Ittah, with whom she practiced since 2017.
Kristin regularly acts in the capacity of executor/trustee for estates and as attorney under power of attorney appointments for her clients and will continue with a limited number of these appointments in her retirement.
Kristin has island roots and grew up with an appreciation of the outdoors and its wildlife. She enjoys wildlife photography, hiking and travel and is looking forward to having more time to spend on these activities in the coming years.
“Thank you to all for whom I have had the pleasure to assist over the decades. I appreciated your loyalty and kindness and was truly fortunate to have had a successful practice serving wonderful people, their families and their businesses.”
